Announcement of NULS Mainnet Upgraded to v2.17.0

NULS Mainnet v2.17.0 is Now Live

To the NULS community

The latest NULS main-net version v2.17.0 has already been released at 14:00 (UTC+8), on 23rd Oct 2023. The new protocol will take effect when block heights reach 10,000, after 80% of main-net nodes complete updating.

NULS V2.17.0 Upgrade Details

1. Optimized resource usage monitoring on NULS nodes program.
2. NULS smart contract new feature supported keccak algorithm.

This is a mandatory update. All nodes (including regular and consensus nodes) must be updated by node owners. Please perform the updates as soon as possible. After the new protocol takes effect, node owners who fail to complete updates will receive yellow cards till the node is canceled.

If you do not have a NULS node, then you don’t have to take any action.
