KogeCoin Logo Contest

Background: The KogeCoin community held a logo contest between May 31-June 7. The prize pot of 15,000 KogeCoins (10k for winner, 5k for runner up) rose significantly in value since then, from ~$150 to ~$1200, so we decided to wait until we finish our DAO to vote.
