| StackOS = Happy Tastebuds The food and beverage industry has always been a massive market, with billions of dollars in revenue generated every single year. However, it’s also an industry that faces a number of challenges and issues, from supply chain logistics to food safety concerns. The food and beverage industry can greatly benefit from StackOS’ DeCloud (Decentralized Cloud) since all of the software that runs to track food items can move away from current centralized organization-controlled servers to a more efficient, cost-effective, and transparent decentralized cloud! Then the question always looms…Why is StackOS a better choice than the ever-so-popular AWS? One critical reason is that applications deployed on StackOS’ DeCloud can be made auditable, which can then be audited by absolutely anyone! If an organization used its own account on AWS, there is absolutely no transparency, and the organization can modify its application at its will, which the general public cannot rely on. A rogue application that is in the hands of the centralized cloud account holder can inject incorrect data into the blockchain, “claiming” that all is well, while there might be an illegal act at play. On StackOS, you can deploy applications that run primarily on a distributed cloud and the application version running on StackOS can be verified in real-time, and can only be modified as the audits go through and with a global DAO consensus. When you give a s...

| StackOS: Awareness Growth 2022 was a terrible year in the markets for most. There have been countless amounts of projects abandoned during a tumultuous past year. However, StackOS continued to build and has done incredibly well in terms of community growth from connections made in real-life, face-to-face. StackOS has seen steady growth in the community of developers which shows that the main drive has always been dev-focused. This growth cannot be achieved without real-life interactions through our presence in physical markets. Back in 2021, StackOS made connections with devs mostly online with social media being the main tool. This made it challenging without any physical presence to see steady and consistent growth. The team learned, adjusted, and adapted! Just in 2022, StackOS has attended: Web3Conf India, Binance Blockchain Week, Paris, Eth Amsterdam, Token2049, Singapore, StackOS Presentation; Boston College, MIT, & Harvard University, IGDC x Web3 Conclave, India, ETH India, Decode Web3 (StackOS event) — across 5 cities., With a big uptick in attendance at popular events, the team at StackOS got a first-hand view of how brands resonate with people in this industry. The biggest names all had one thing in common, they were always present at these events. It was clear, real-world connections became more valuable than connections made online. For example, IGDC was the place where the team connected with government agencies interested in...
| The Future of AI with StackOS Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly growing field that has the potential to revolutionize many industries and aspects of our daily lives. Currently, AI is in its infant stage gaining immense attention. However, for AI to be truly successful and reach its full potential, it will depend on a robust and reliable infrastructure. This is where StackOS, a Decentralized Web3 Cloud Service, comes in! One of the main advantages of StackOS is that it is decentralized, meaning it is not controlled by a single entity. This is important for AI because it ensures that the data and resources used to train and run AI models are distributed across multiple nodes, rather than being centralized in one location. Decentralized Cloud (DeCloud) services provide a level of redundancy and robustness that is essential for the success of AI. An example of how StackOS can be used to support AI is in the field of autonomous vehicles. Autonomous vehicles rely heavily on AI to make real-time decisions, such as when to brake or turn. However, the data used to train these AI models is often centralized, which can lead to bias and inaccuracies. With StackOS, the data used to train autonomous vehicle AI models can be decentralized and distributed across multiple nodes. This ensures that the data is more diverse and representative of real-world conditions, leading to more accurate and robust AI models. StackOS is built on Web3 technology, which is the n...
| 2022 Year in Review: StackOS ⚡️ 2022 has ended and we for one are excited to get 2023 started! Through all the market and world turmoil the StackOS team & community have faced, we’ve managed to survive, build, and prepare ourselves so that we will thrive for the next year! Let’s take a look back at how we got here: — Polygon Integration - StackOS serves developers all over the world and is always looking to make it as easy as possible to make apps unstoppable. Since Polygon has an amazing and innovative developer community and low transaction fees, we made sure to integrate this chain as one of the first! This resulted in developers on Polygon being able to buy $STACK on the Polygon chain, connect their Metamask wallet to the StackOS interface through the Polygon network, and deploy their app on StackOS’ decentralized cloud, making their app unstoppable while remaining anonymous. — LP Farming On DFYN - Along with the Polygon Integration, we launched an LP farm to expand the use cases for the $STACK token holders. In the ecosystem, farm users are able to provide liquidity by staking $STACK along with $MATIC, $USDC or $DFYN while receiving an APY in return. The farm is successfully operating now for a year! — NodeNFTs Launch & Marketplace - At the end of Q1, we saw the launch of our NodeNFTs for StackOS’ ecosystem. 21,000 node slots were bootstrapped increasing the overall capacity of our network to 21,000 virtual CPU and ...
| StackOS | Node Program Update With StackOS V2 and the DAO phase 1 release coming in Q1 2023, the time has come to announce an update regarding the Node Program. In order to reward community members for governing in the DAO, the yield for nodes participating in the yield program will go to zero but we have exciting plans to make up for it: The team will make sure no STACK gets left behind in the nodes and will lower the monthly subscription fee significantly. In addition to this, we have some amazing updates regarding the use of Node NFTs in the DAO to increase rewards for governance participants. — STACK unlockable from the node NFTs. — The monthly subscription fee will be lowered to $1. This makes it very affordable for subscribed and non-subscribed node NFTs to reach the 4th-month cycle after which the withdrawal tax will be 0%. For example, a community member who has a node NFT that currently is not subscribed can start paying the monthly fee of $1. At the end of the third month, he will be able to make the final payment for the fourth cycle which lowers the withdrawal tax to 0%. After that, the accumulated STACK rewards will be free to claim. — DAO earnings. — The first phase of the DAO is currently being worked on and will include: Governance pool to stake STACK | Options to stake with notice period for higher rewards and voting power, Earn rewards for staking STACK and participation in governance, Vote interface, &mdash...
