The Evolution of ZINU
As we come together to celebrate our first year, we want to take this opportunity to reflect on how far we have all come! When we first started brainstorming the original concepts that would evolve into ‘Zinu’ we had no idea where this journey would lead us… Growing up, we were all enamored by the iconic brands of our generation — we gathered around our TVs to enjoy playing as a congenial plumber collecting coins & stars on his quest saving the princess from the evil turtle! After running into one too many corrupt mushrooms, we would switch over to play as a speedy hedgehog and his trusted fox friend, accumulating as many rings as possible without running into a robotic crab or falling onto a bed of spikes. We remember meeting up with friends on the playground to show off the newest holographic trading card we had pulled of our favorite character; before slamming milk caps to see who could have the largest collection. And we will never forget the first time we saw those iconic ears… and the feeling while walking into the entire world built for a Mouse and his friends.
