Dear WorkQuest community, We want to provide an update regarding the recent hacking incident that affected our token contract in the BSC network. We have taken swift action to block the hacker’s address (0x509687386429fdcfe7cb178fac4f3d2f5ac92d47) and prevent any further damage. Although we have not been able to recover any of the $WQT tokens that were obtained by fraudulently manipulating the BNB/WQT pool, we have effectively prevented the hacker from accessing or selling them. As a precautionary measure, we have stopped the bridge to freeze any further transactions involving our token between networks until we have been able to fully resolve the issue.
