Farewell to Mushrooms
It feels awfully terrible that we end up here announcing the shutdown of Mushrooms Finance. This final decision is made out of careful consideration of the current project status and macro market conditions. It is never an easy job to maintain a multi-chain yield-aggregator platform for reliable earnings. The team has committed everything to the development of this project so far but it is finally getting to us that the chance to achieve what was expected originally when we started two years ago has faded away. We will not be continuing with the MM token or existing vaults/farming/MushMon smart contracts and the website will shut down after users withdraw their assets. The remaining funds in the treasury address would be converted to $USDC and airdropped pro-rata to token holders (snapshot already taken for those staked in farming, LP in DEX, or Hodl in wallet, with an amount of at least 500 MM). This distribution maybe not too much, but it is honest accumulation we all have along this journey. To our community, partners, and all friends of Mushrooms Finance, we want to say that we won’t forget the time we had spent together progressing this project and we will cherish those exciting moments forever. The path forward may be full of uncertainty but we sincerely hope each one of you will have a bright future. Best.
